founder & owner
I am a blend of many things: a therapist, a writer and artist, a cat mom, an auntie, a lover of thrifting and deep conversations, a highly sensitive person (HSP), and a lifelong student. My own journey in therapy - spanning much of my adult life - has deeply shaped who I am and how I show up with clients. I bring a mix of curiosity, introspection, and a delightfully playful spirit to my work.
Outside of my work, I live for small-town bookstores, mountain hikes, and live music. You’ll often find me writing in cozy coffee shops or creating something new at the local pottery studio. I thrive both in quiet solitude and in nature’s vastness, always curious, always exploring.
my practice
Therapy, to me, isn’t about “fixing” what’s broken. It’s about walking alongside your humanness. I bring curiosity and compassion into my work, and I aim to create a space where you can truly feel seen and supported.
I view therapy as a place to explore, reflect, and try things out. Your strengths, patterns, and inner resources guide the work, and together we build tools for self-regulation, authentic expression, and empowerment - all at a pace that feels right for you. Along the way, we notice what helps, what doesn’t, and what matters most to you.
background
I have always been fascinated by the developmental stages and changes that occur across the human lifespan. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University in Fort Collins. During my undergraduate studies, I also completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training, which deepened my awareness of the mind-body connection and inspired me to pursue training as a somatic-based counselor. I went on to earn my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University in Boulder, with a specialization in somatic counseling and body psychotherapy.
