Life happens, and I understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask for at least 24 hours notice. This allows me to offer the time to someone else who may need support.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or missed sessions, may be subject to a cancellation fee (up to the full session rate). You can cancel or reschedule by reaching out directly. More details can be found in your Financial Responsibility Agreement.
