our work

I work from an experiential and humanistic lens, weaving together somatic counseling, polyvagal theory, trauma-informed talk therapy, expressive arts, and the wisdom of the natural world.

Our sessions are a mix of curiosity, creativity, and embodiment. We might explore through art, poetry, archetype cards, movement, or inspiration from the natural world - whatever feels meaningful in the moment. The body plays a central role in our work, helping you notice, process, regulate, and find balance in ways words alone cannot.

I blend these creative and somatic tools with talk therapy and mindfulness to create a space where you can explore, experiment, and express yourself freely. Each session meets you where you are, honoring your pace and your story.

fall forest

I work well with people navigating depression, anxiety, stress, as well as those moving through major life transitions or processing the impacts of trauma. I also connect with helpers, creatives, highly sensitive people, introverts, and anyone seeking deeper self-expression and self-discovery.

Additionally, I provide support for those interested in psychedelic preparation and integration.
